To become a member, sign up online below or via our online booking page. Memberships can be modified, paused, or canceled at any time by contacting us through text or call at (979) 807-4748. We retain the right to cancel your membership at anytime for any reason, with prior notice, and without having to provide explanation.
Membership Cancellation Policy
We want your membership to feel flexible and easy to manage, so if you ever need to cancel, you may do so at any time.
To avoid your next membership charge, please send your cancellation request by text to 979-807-4748 at least 72 hours before your next billing date. Requests received after that time may process after the next billing cycle.
There is no cancellation fee, and we’re happy to make the process simple.
Unused membership credits always roll forward from month to month and may be used anytime while your membership is active. If you cancel your membership, any unused credits on your account will be converted into a gift certificate at face value. These gift certificates:
- do not include membership discounts
- have no cash value
- will include an expiration date
- allow one month of use for each unused credit
Example: If you have 3 unused credits, your gift certificate will remain valid for 3 months.
Please note: Membership fees are non-refundable.
Aqua Massage Membership Exception:
Because Aqua Massage is an equipment-access membership rather than a service-credit membership, unused Aqua Massage memberships do not convert into gift certificates upon cancellation.
If you need a short break instead of canceling, you may also pause your membership and continue using any available credits up until your next billing cycle.
