How it works:
- Get checked in at the front desk and we’ll guide you through the process
- During your first visit, you’ll receive basic instructions to help you feel comfortable and confident. We understand it can be a lot to take in, so we won’t overwhelm you with advanced features until you’re ready.
- Remove your shoes, belt, and any sharp objects.
- Choose a preset profile, or let us know your preferences, and we’ll help set up the program for you.
- Lay face down on the Aqua Massage table.
- Put on the noise cancelling headphones.
- We’ll start the machine for you and stay with you through the first couple of cycles. If you’d like help adjusting the settings, just let us know—this is the perfect time to ask.
- Enjoy your massage!
- We will be back to help you out once the session ends.
- If you would like to end your session early, just push and hold the yellow button on the arm rest any time.

How do I stay dry if it uses water?
Once you’re on the table, a water barrier lowers over you, keeping you dry throughout the session. Some people have described the sensation as feeling like a weighted blanket once the machine starts.
What if I don’t like it?
If you’re not enjoying the experience, simply press and hold the yellow button on the armrest. The lid will lift, the massage will stop, and you’ll be able to exit the machine.
What if I really like it, but it’s too much in one spot or irritating?
You can adjust the intensity of the water pressure and pulse rate to zero in those areas for a more comfortable experience.
Will I be able to get out of the Aqua Massager if the power goes out?
Yes, if there’s a power failure, one of our staff members will assist you in getting out. Your safety and comfort are our top priority.
Can I have my cell phone with me?
Yes, there’s a spot on the armrest where you can place your cell phone.
Can I bring a friend to watch?
